Generations strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If it is necessary to return or exchange your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange utilizing our return and exchange policy.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed promptly and are shipped Monday through Friday, shipping does not include Holidays or weekends. Orders will be shipped out on the same day if ordered before 2:00 P.M. (CT). All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Shipping options include standard, priority, and expedited. Overnight orders must be confirmed.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. All tags must be attached. Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number by calling 715-524-6232.
  2. Mail your item to be returned to:

  3. Include with the returned item a note stating the reason for returning and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Items cannot be returned if the tags have been removed. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee or handling fee. We do not refund the original shipping fee you paid to receive your item or postage you paid to send the item back.

Exchanges

You may exchange your clothing item for a different size. You will be required to pay the return postage and the shipping on the replacement package being shipped.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Options and Rates

For items marked as oversized you will be prompted to choose between priority or standard ground shipment. Shipping charges are presented in your cart during checkout based upon the level of shipping service you select. Promotional rates, such as “free shipping” only apply to first class mail. We do not charge a handling fee for packaging.

Valid Ship to Addresses

Please carefully review the ship-to-address to ensure that it is correct and complete. Verify that the street number and name and zip code are correct and that any apartment/suite/unit number is included. If shipping to a business, include the name of the person to whom the gift is being sent, the name of the business, and the suite or floor number of the business. Incorrect or incompleteness of addresses will delay shipment or delivery. Assure the shipment will be secure at the shipping address upon delivery of package.

Our Shipping Includes

We will ship your order in white, Tyvek envelopes (which are practically indestructible) or boxes if required. All baseball caps are shipped in boxes. We wrap the items in tissue paper..
